In this video, I will be going over how the armor skills work in the Monster Hunter series, specifically Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on the Wii U. I will also be giving my opinions on some of the best armors and skills to watch out for in low rank. Keep in mind this is for people that are new to MH3U and is to serve as a tutorial.
I will be making a video for High Rank and G Rank in the future.
Some of my suggestions from the video:
Jaggi set is one of the easiest armor sets to get and it’s not half bad. I suggest you start with this.
I also suggest you have multiple armor sets for different mobs, such as a fire armor for fire monsters, and a water armor for water monsters. You can register equipment sets at the chest in your room.
Lagiacrus set is great for underwater fighting.
