Monster Hunter Recipes – Arzuros Dessert

Let’s put our low-rank hunting skills to the test by attempting to make something edible in the kitchen! Today we’re going to attempt to replicate an Arzuros dessert dish from The Capcom Cafe in Japan. Spoiler alert: Get ready triple cart.

Here’s the ingredients with metric measurements:

1 cup (120g) flour
1 cup (240 mL) milk
1 egg
pinch of salt

Mix everything together. Heat up a pan, butter it, and pour about a quarter of your mixture onto the pan. Cook about 2 minutes per side, or until starting to brown.

Mug Cake: (You could probably even halve this recipe and be alright, this makes a decently sized cake)
4 tbsp (60 g) melted butter
1/2 cup (60 g) flour
4 tbsp (50 g) sugar
2 egg
2 tbsp (30 mL) milk
2 tsp (30 mL) vanilla
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
Blue food coloring

Mix everything together in a bowl, microwave about 90 seconds or until top is dry and peeling away from the edge of bowl. It’s hot when it comes out of microwave so be careful. Use a rubber spatula to remove.

Other junk:
2 apple slices
1 scoop ice cream
1 Laffytaffy
A handful of various berries (raspberries, blueberries, whatever)
Some Whipped cream (I’d suggest making your own and piping it yourself)
The readiness to accept failure time and time again
