This is a mission called Repossession where you have to repossess a Los Vagos’ motorcycle as Franklin. In order to get a gold star, you have to do a few things including maintaining a 70% accuracy rating, getting 6 headshots, shooting a gasoline trail, as well as finishing the mission in under 6:30 minutes.
