This was one of my most anticipated DLCs, Isabelle and Mr. Resetti! There’s one Palico armor piece and one weapon for both characters. Even though they’re Hi Rank, they don’t have -too- bad of defense, although you can equip whatever palico helmet you want.
To finish this quest, all you have to do is turn in a Blue Marlin. You get those in Area 9, but you have to use a bomb (I’ve also heard you can use gunlance shells and hammers to break achieve this) a boulder that is blocking the path. Once in area 9, it’s just a matter of how good you are at fishing!
