Cherry Blossom Queen is a HR 6 quest requiring you to kill or capture a Pink Rathian, a subspecies of the Rathian. Pink Rathian will eat you alive if you are not careful, especially in G Rank where she does significantly more damage than hi rank. Make sure you bring your antidotes, or in my case, Herbal medicine! They heal you a little bit and cure poison so they are very helpful.
